Description: An arcade of six, blind, cinquefoil-headed lights divided in the centre by a canopied niche containing a statue of St George bearing a standard. The outermost two lights each contain a list of names with the dates of the Second World War beneath. They are surmounted by a frieze of blind pointed trefoil tracery lights and have decorative florets on the jambs. The inner four lights each contain a list of First World war names with a shield above, each bearing the coat of arms of one of the home nations. These central lights are surmounted by foliate decoration, and above them runs a frieze of blind trefoil-headed tracery lights, across which is scroll work bearing the inscription: there is a further inscription beneath these lights. The canopy above the statue bears the coat of arms of The Leys School, and there is an inscribed plaque beneath the statue's footrest. The interior of the statue niche is decorated with tesserae, some of which bear traces of gilding.
