Inscription: IN / LOVING MEMORY / OF / CLIFFORD / THE BELOVED SON OF / CHARLES AND FRANCES GADIE / WHO DIED OCTOBER 12TH 1906 / AGED 14 YEARS / AT REST / ALSO OF MAGGIE, AND ANNIE / WHO DIED IN INFANCY / AND IN MEMORY OF FRED THE BELOVED SON / OF THE ABOVE C AND F GADIE WHO WAS KILLED / IN ACTION ON JUNE 5TH 1917. AGED 22 YEARS. / WE PRAYED THAT HE MIGHT COME HOME / BUT GOD HAS GRANTED HIM ETERNAL REST.
