    Wall mounted, horizontally oriented, oval-shaped, engraved brass plaque. A single-line border, interrupted by a cross at centre top, encloses the inscriptions and names.
    Inscription
    + / TO THE GLORY OF / GOD AND IN PROUD MEMORY / OF THE HEROIC DEAD 1914 - 1919 / (33 NAMES) / ALL HONOUR GIVE TO THOSE WHO NOBLY STRIVING / NOBLY FELL THAT WE MIGHT LIVE / The East window in the Church and this tablet are erected by Sir George Armstrong Bart. C.M.G. and Edith his wife / in remembrance of their only son Sec. Lieut. GEORGE CARLYON ARMSTRONG, 1st.. Batt. Coldstream Guards / who fell in Action at Cuinchy, Jan 25th.. 1915, aged 18 years: of all those in this Parish who gave their / lives for King and Country in the Great War and whose names are inscribed above; also of / Sub Lieut. PHILIP FURLONG ARMSTRONG. R.N. H.M. Submarine G.8. / only son of Frank and Pulcheria Armstrong: killed in Action / at Sea. Jan: 1918 aged 20 years.
