Description: A two light, stained glass window. Each panel has two angel figures at the top. The left hand window features Gabriel holding a flower and scroll bearing the words "Ave Maria gratia plena". The right hand window has St George, in armour, holding a sword and lance. A brass dedication panel is on the wall below the window with lettering incised in black.
Inscription: Window - "OH YE ANGELS OF THE LORD, BLESS THEE THE LORD"/ "AVE MARIA GRATIA PLENA"/ Plaque - This window is placed here to the glory of God/ by Major General James F. Willoughby, Indian Army, in memory/ of Mary Ann, his beloved wife who died Novr. 5th 1915, and of their/ only son Captain James Gerald Willoughby, 33rd (Queen Victoria's Own)/ Light Cavalry who was killed in action at Shaiba, Mesopotamia March 3rd 1915
