Description: A triangular-arched sandstone headstone, with carved column pilasters and floral carvings within a triangle in the arch. The stone has been taken down, and is lying in the gravespace. The top of the triangle, on which once rested a finial of some description, has been broken off in the past, and now sits in position on the ground. The inscription is incised.
Inscription: Sacred to the Memory of/ Arthur Walsh/ Captain 4th South Lancashire Regiment MC/ Son of Stephen and Anne Walsh/ Killed in Action at Locon France./ April 11th 1918 Aged 25 years./ ....
