Description: A simple stone Celtic cross standing on a tapered plinth on a single stone step. The dedications are written in black metal lettering on the sides of the base.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN/ HONOURED MEMORY OF THE MEN OF MEVAGISSEY/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR/ 1914-1918/ (Names)/ SEPTEMBER/1939/AUGUST 1945/ (Names). third face: (NAMES)/SONS OF THIS PLACE, LET THIS OF YOU BE SAID/THAT YOU WHO LIVE ARE WORTHY OF YOUR DEAD,/THESE GAVE THEIR LIVES THAT YOU WHO LIVE MAY REAP/A RICHER HARVEST - ERE YOU FALL ASLEEP.
