Description: External wall monument with base and pediment flanked by two red granite columns. In Centre of Pediment is shield. Whole is in covered area in front of Wesley Chapel/Redruth Methodist Church. Lettering in black.
Inscription: THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE/ TO/ THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN/ HONOURED AND REVERED MEMORY OF THE/ GALLANT SONS OF THIS CHURCH AND/ SUNDAY SCHOOL WHO DIED FOR THEIR KING/ AND COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1919/ (NAMES)/ ALSO/ TO THEIR BRAVE COMRADES THE MEN OF REDRUTH/ AND DISTRICT WHO LIKEWISE LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES/ THE NAMES OF ALL THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS/ CHURCH WHO SERVED IN HIS MAJESTY'S FORCES/ DURING THE WAR ARE INSCRIBED ON THE MEMORIAL/ ERECTED INSIDE THE CHURCH/THEY LOVED NOT THEIR LIVES EVEN UNTO DEATH
