Description: Rectangular plaque with curved top edge and surmounted by a crown. Foliate border and crown decoration in relief. Also in relief is a scroll that stretches across the width of the plaque and contains the incised title. The remaining inscription is incised and resembles a roll of honour. Mounted on to a backboard with WMR 95187.
