Inscription: Wesleyan Methodist Church/ Par/ Roll of Honour/ Members of the Congregation of this Church who served with the forces in/ THE GREAT WAR 1914-1919/ [Names}/ The names marked # indicates those who made the supreme/ sacrifice.
