Description: Large marble tablet set within wreathed border and brown marble frame. At top, as part of the border, is a Star of David within a wreath. On the central tablet, gold mosaic borders separate the dedication from the names and the five columns of names below the dedication from each other.
Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD THIS TABLET CONTAINS/ THE NAMES OF THOSE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES DURING/ THE GREAT WAR 1914-1919 TO WHOSE MEMORY THE WEST WINDOW WAS ERECTED
