- Small trapezoid black granite monolith with submarine's badge, showing a dragon or wyvern, and inscription in gold on top and names engraved in gold on the front. Front of stone and part of top are polished smooth. Wooden bench backs on to memorial, facing out to sea. Carved inscription and silhouette of submarine affixed to the back of the bench.
